Social Responsibility

Here at RGB, we have a strong focus on our social responsibility and how we can benefit the community, as well as the construction industry.

With over 15 years experience, we already have an impact within the construction industry, but 2017 is set to see us contribute to the local community more so than ever before.

We regularly take part in fundraising activities for both local and national charities, with our Managing Director having completed the London Marathon in 2015 raising money for NSPCC and in 2016 we have raised a fantastic amount for Children's Hospice South West as part of the £50 Challenge. We are also regular sponsors in the Michelmroes 5k run in Exeter. We provided 8 shoeboxes for the Samaritan's Operation Christmas Child, providing gifts to children who otherwise wouldn't receive any gifts.

As part of our continued commitment, we have now chosen and announced our Charity of the Year for 2017. We will be raising money for Rowcroft Hospice who are based in Torquay.

We are not only commited to helping those in need through charity work, but we also have a commitment to help promote the Construction industry. As a result, we work closely with colleges to help raise awarenes of the jobs available within the industry and we regularly attend Careers Fairs to provide advice and support to those considering or seeking a career within construction.

One of our Directors, Tanya Loosemore, is on the comittee for Women In Property so we are actively involved with events and promoting equality within the industry.

We are passionate about what we do, but also about how we can help those around us. We hope to build on this throughout 2017.
