All of our candidates go through a comprehensive interview process and every candidate is presented with at least 2 references.

Contract Recruitment - having been in the construction sector for over a decade we have a very comprehensive database of candidates and contacts. We can provide a solution tailored to your business of a short term contract to a more robust interim appointment. All of our candidates are pre-screened and all the necessary legal requirements are met. Our parent company payrolls over 25,000 contractors every week so we have one of the best back office services within the industry. This also enables us to offer a payroll only service and we can accommodate as many contractors as you may need. This enables us to provide you with a flexible workforce tailored to your short and long term business needs.

Personality Profiling - we have an association with Turning Point HR Solutions who are the European distributor for P3 Drake personality profiling software. It is an on-line talent management system that uses an assessment instrument to help companies hire and manage people who will perform well in their job. In fact, any time person-to-person or person-to-job fit is an issue, Drake P3 can help. Drake P3 reveals a person’s natural tendencies, communication styles, emotional intelligence, motivational needs, decision-making abilities, energy levels and more.  We can manage this process for your internal hires and we provide this service as part of all assignments on salaries of £35k and above.

Executive Search – we have senior consultants with a comprehensive network of contacts within the markets they cover. Our consultants will take a detailed brief and embark on a search to find the right candidate for your role. This service operates on a different fee scale with a third of the fee paid on assignment the next third on submission of shortlist. The final part of the fee is paid when we make a successful introduction.
