This award winning, leading construction business whose core expertise lie in education, healthcare, MOD and commercial sectors undertaking new build, refurbishment and extension projects, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bid Co-ordinator for their established team Devon business unit.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be involved in the coordination and production of high quality bid submissions, supporting the Tender, Bid and Estimating teams. Liaising with various parties, you will be required to collate relevant information and case studies to produce well written, accurate and creative documents. Working to tight deadlines, you will work with the team to identify and improve processes and procedures including post submission reviews.
The successful candidate will have gained previous experience in a similar role and ideally have some construction industry knowledge. You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and a flair for marketing, media and design. With an eye for detail and accuracy, you will be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. Working knowledge of MS Office, InDesign and Publisher is essential.
