Are you an experienced Site Manager able to run your own schemes independently? Are you happy working as part of a team on larger works? Are you seeking a new opportunity with a well established and successful Main Contractor?

To provide assistance during the seasonal period, we are in need of an experienced Site Manager to supplement an existing team and ensure the programme of the scheme is upheld.
The contract is currently at demo/groundworks stage so previous knowledge of Ground & enabling works is required. Additionally, it is expected you'll have previous knowledge of a range of construction methods and contract forms, and will have undertaken a range of schemes for either a Main or Sub-contract business.
SMSTS, CSCS & First aid are also essential for this role.
