We are proudly part of the community

At RGB, we have always adopted a community focused culture – be it through sponsoring an industry, charity event or local sports team, putting on our walking boots to conquer mountains or baking cakes to help raise vital funds, the whole team approaches every activity or initiative with enthusiasm.

Supporting FORCE Cancer Charity

For the last 3 years we have been raising money for Force Cancer Charity. In 2024, we raised £28,018 for charity!

We are also very active within our own industry, with staff taking positions in the Building Greater Exeter, Constructing Excellence and Empowering Girls Initiative – something we are very proud of. RGB also host free CV workshops for those seeking employment in construction and regularly attend schools and colleges to host CV workshops and mock interviews.

Supporting future talent

RGB is passionate about nurturing the next generation of construction professionals. Our team hosts free CV workshops, mock interviews, and school and college visits to inspire future talent. We’re also actively involved in organizations like Women in Property and Constructing Excellence, helping shape the future of our industry.

Backing local teams

We proudly sponsor an Exeter Chiefs player and support both the Exeter Chiefs and Exeter City Football Club in 2024. By backing local businesses and sports teams, we contribute to the community that supports us.
