I joined RGB back in July 2024 as the Trades & Labour manager. I’ve been in recruitment for 10 years at senior levels and mainly looked after T&L teams. My day-to-day duties include driving profitable sales through networking, B2B communication, and lead generation. I also have 3 consultants, and 1 resourcer to motivate, support, and train to reach career and target aspirations. I’m extremely proud of the RGB brand, the service we supply, and the people we support internally and externally, and more importantly, help with a career in Construction.
