A regional and bespoke Housing Developer is seeking at least 2 Sales Negotiators - one permanent role and one temporary role. With a reputation for delivering high spec open market houses, they are now looking to strengthen their business by appointing in house enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiators due to several new sites starting.
You will need to be prepared to cover sites throughout Devon & Cornwall.
These roles is slightly different to most in that you will split your time between the office and site. Visiting site by appointment only to show customers around. As an experienced sales executive or negotiator you will be responsible, meeting and greeting customer for prearranged appointments, guiding them through the processes as smoothly as possible. Sales progressing and chasing, liaising with solicitors, agents and external companies. Arranging optional extras, marketing and promoting the site through online enquirers.
