A well thoughts of house building business is looking to expand their project surveying team with an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a scheme in Weymouth. This company can offer progression, stability and excellent company benefits.
You will be site based and will report to the senior surveyor on a large site. You will be dealing with procurement, measurement and valuations to agreeing final accounts, take offs, negotiation and project administration.
To be considered for the Assistant Quantity Surveying role you will need to have at least 2 year’s experience working for a developer, contractor or subcontractor as a trainee or assistant qs.
