An innovative and focussed Construction services provider with a sound reputation for delivering quality works is seeking to enhance their team to address an increase in workload.
They are in need of an experienced Quantity Surveyor with sound knowledge of the commercial process to assist the team with a series of new build schemes (commercial and residential) in Torbay.
Working on variations and sub-contractor payments on schemes to £8m, the successful candidate will be able to work confidently from the site location, liasiing with the operations teams and a visiting Manager. In addition to previous experiencee, sound communication and negotiation skills, together with a strong commercial accumen are required.
This is a site based role, preferably full time although part time may be considered and is due to run for circa 3 months or so.
