Finishing Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced, diligent and driven Site Manager to provide short term cover on a new build healthcare development in the heart of Plymouth.
The scheme, due for completion later this year, is in the safe hands of a Project Manager who needs an additional Site Manager to oversee the finishing process, manage the sub-contract workforce, maintain Health & Safety compliance and process the necessary site logs/administration.
You would also be liaising with the client's Clerk of Works and identifying and then closing off snags on the scheme.
SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work will be essential for this role with excellent communication skills, and the motivation to push for delivery also required.
