A specialist contractor who has a multitude of education and healthcare schemes in their portfolio is looking to appoint an M & E Site Manager to join them during the finishing stages of a new build project in Plymouth.
As an integral part of the site team you'll be responsible for a range of duties including: assisting in the technical review of specialist subcontractor applications, monitoring the flow of shared and published documentation, liaising with and co-ordinating sub-contract teams and pushing for timely delivery of relevant packages.
In addition to previous Site Management experience, it is essential you have an M & E background with sound understanding of building services packages, plus the usual SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work.
Starting ASAP, this contract role runs for the duration of the scheme which is due for completion and handover late October.
