Sales Manager - Devon RGB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established contractor in search of a Sales Manager to join the long standing team on a permanent basis. This position is located in the heart of Devon and as the Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the entire process of marketing and sales of commercial units at locations across the region.
Key responsibilities:
To forge and develop relationships, networking
Manage third party agents and professionals and drive sales interest
Ensure relationships are developed and maintained to a high standard
Be the central point of contact for the directors and shareholders
Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company
Promote the brand and marketing of the company
Requirements:
Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer service skills
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate
Relevant driving licence
