Offering a full portfolio of construction services solutions within the commercial sector, an established Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a showroom refurbishment scheme in the heart of North Devon.
They pride themselves on offering clients a collaborative approach built for their needs and this scheme has been negotiated off the back of previous performance which is testament to their ability to deliver innovative solutions.
The Site Manager would assume daily responsibility for running the site, overseeing everything from QA and Health and Safety to managing the supply chain, updating the senior management team and collating/maintaining site records and information.
PC literate, it is essential that the Site Manager has a proven track record at managing projects independently, that they are PC literate with good communication skills, have excellent Health & Safety awareness, and the usual site certification (SMSTS, CSCS Card & First aid at work).
This scheme commences early october and is programmed to complete/handover in January so there is a good run of work for the right candidate.
