Architectural Technologist, Exmouth £30k - £40k DOE


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist to join a well-established practice based in Exmouth. The small local practice is currently merging with a global multidisciplinary company therefore are seeking for 2-3 dedicated Technologists with 5+ years of experience.


The design led consultancy which is aggressively expanding offers a range of services from Architectural, through to construction management with great staff Retention.

You can find yourself working in a variety of project sectors in a small but friendly office environment in a lovely seaside town on the outskirts of Exeter.

This Architectural Technologist role will involve working on a wide variety of projects including Residential, Housing developments, social housing, sports & Leisure, conversion, Commercial/industrial and Nursing homes.

The Role:

• Producing working drawing packages
• Liaising with consultants and clients
• Lead and manage technical design projects
• Attending site meetings
• Measured surveys and site inspections
• Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory if you have AutoCAD skills
• Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
• Previous project sector experience on the above required
• Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
• Relevant Architectural qualification
• 5+ years in practice experience is essential
