I am looking to speak to experienced Buyers in the Plymouth & East Cornwall area, preferably with within the house building sector!
To be considered for the role you will need to be a capable and experienced materials buyer, accustomed to managing the material purchasing for multiple sites, take offs and scheduling of materials. Working in a large team and reporting to the head of department.
What’s needed:
- A proven background in materials buying and plant hire
- Ideally you will have worked for a developer but happy to consider construction backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Experience in using COINS would be beneficial
Competitive salary which will DOE and range from: £35k- £45kPA DOE + Full package!
