Senior Architectural Designer, Romsey-Hampshire, £35k - £42k DOE

A great opportunity for a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join a well-established practice based in Romsey. The driven consultancy is consistently recognised for its high-quality approach to design and has received many awards.

You will find yourself contributing to a variety of exciting residential development projects.

This Senior Architectural Designer role will involve leading and designing a wide range of projects at all scales from managing small teams to leading large scale tasks. It will allow you to develop and gain innovative and sustainable design solutions whilst aligning with project goals.

The Role:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential housing developments
• Excellent residential layout design & architectural skills for outline and RM applications
• Keen interest in both urban design & architecture
• Good knowledge of the latest legislations and ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations
• Good understanding of producing associated documents including Design Access Statements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, along with mentoring junior technicians.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines and budgets.
• Hand drawn sketching an advantage, but not essential
