Site/Assistant Site Manager
A regionally based, focussed and collaborative construction company offering both general contracting and development services is seeking to expand their team of professionals with an interim Site Manager for an ongoing development.
Joining and bolstering an existing team on a timber frame housing developemnt due for completion next year, they are in need of experienced Manager to assume daily responsibility for sub-contractor management, Health & safety and programme delivery.
In addition to having the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work), you'll also need to have previous experience of working on timber frame developments.
This is a temporary contract role of 13 weeks + but could pave the way to something more permanent if desired, subject to performance and workload.
