A new vacancy has arisen for a driven and experienced assistant site manager to join a well respected quality developer in Devon.
You will need to be an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Site Manager, with a background in housebuilding. Hold good NHBC knowledge, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering quality homes exceeding customer expectations. You will need to be a proven assistant with time served experience.
You will monitor quality and delivery on site, be responsible for dealing with trades and deliveries. You will be confident in your approach and able to build rapport quickly with trades and both internal and external contacts.
The initial site will be to finish various plots for Christmas in the North Devon area and then moving to a new site in Tiverton.
Reporting to the site manager, you will have a high regard for H & S, with effective communication and organisation skills, as you will be dealing with customers and external agents. Working on a medium scale schemes, traditional build, mix of 2,3&4 beds, plus flats.
