Site Manager – Bodmin
An opportunity has arisen to join a regional property maintenance company within the heart of Cornwall for an exciting new opportunity. This position is to lead and manage dedicated project activities, site team including site sub-contractors and performance to ensure full compliance, H&S and best practice throughout all aspects of delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with site planning, design, oversee projects
• Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
• Establish timelines, calculate labour and material costs
• Progress reporting and any necessary modifications of plans
• Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget
• Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered to
