Contracts Manager – Bristol
Attention experienced Contracts Managers! An exciting opportunity has just opened up with a leading principal contractor. This contractor work across various sectors including Student Accommodation, Defence, Education and Healthcare and are looking for a Contracts Manager who is experienced in planning and developing plans who can initiate and achieve changes or developments, exercising autonomy and judgement.
As the Contracts Manager, you will initiate and lead complex tasks and processes, be accountable for the work and roles of others and aim to maximise profit whilst exceeding all client expectations. You will oversee and be responsible for multiple projects, support the project team, provide direction, and enable the team to achieve a successful outcome to their projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment.
