An award winning Architectural consultancy are looking for a newly qualified Architect to join their friendly team working in beautiful high end, historic and conservation projects throughout the Cotswolds.

Located in a quaint little village, you will join a medium size team and assisting the Project Architect through all RIBA stages. The consultancy work in Revit and it would be advantage if you are proficient in this software however training will be provided if not.  You will have a strong focus on Design and a few years post qualification experience.  

This is a wonderful opportunity to be working on interesting bespoke projects within a stunning location.

Role:

• Project Delivery across all RIBA stages
• Strong design skills
• Assisting with design development, product information
• Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
• Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Managing planning applications, and building regulations
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Assist on planning applications and appeals
• Visit site for inspections
• Assist in business development
• Recognised RIBA Part III qualification
• Excellent communicator, ambition and willingness
• Knowledge of UK best practice standards and UK experience
