Pre Construction Assistant – Teignbridge
An opportunity has opened up for a Pre-Construction Assistant to join a reputable contractor on a permanent, part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting preconstruction activities while also providing essential marketing support for the business. Responsibilities:

• Receive, register and upload all PQQ & Tender documentation
• Develop all bid response documents
• Ensure that PQQ's and tenders are submitted on time in required format
• Assist with the production of post tender presentations/interviews
• Develop and maintain a library of bid information inc CV's, case studies, capability documents and method statements
• Coordinate relevant and consistent email campaigns
• Manage company website/social media content
• Develop and issue internal newsletters/updates

• Experience of working in construction
• Proficient in IT, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Use of InDesign and Photoshop is a must
