Managing Quantity Surveyor – Dorchester

Responsibilities:

• Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
• Start Up of New Projects
• Procurement
• Applications for Payment and Invoicing
• Cost Control
• Accounting and Reporting
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Subcontract Administration
• Manage the close out of projects

• Experience in a similar role with a tier one contractor
• P22 Framework experience required
• NEC3 Contract experience
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
• CSCS
• Relevant driving licence
