We have an exciting opportunity to join a large multi-disciplinary UK wide consultancy out of their Reading office, working in a thriving office and part of an established team.
You will be joining the MEP Quantity Surveying team, working on a mixture of;
- Energy Studies and Carbon reduction
- Whole Life Costing
- Asset Scheduling and Management
You would be assisting on a wide range of M&E Quantity Surveying services alongside a team manager, including the following:
- Advising on Service Costs involved in building projects.
- evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposal.
- Providing advice on contract arrangements and conditions
- Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients.
The ideal candidate would have:
- BSC/MSC in Quantity Surveying or Similar
- UK Driving License
- Relevant experience within the sector
