Job Details

The Employer:

We are looking to fill the role of Customer Services Officer within a housing environment. This well known and respected organisation, who own and manage over 40,000 homes across the South West.  With plans to build another 5000 more properties, they provide a range of accommodation including affordable rented, shared ownership and private sale homes. Their growth strategy will contribute to economic growth and sustain around 7,000 jobs in the building industry and its supply chain. The Role:

  • Customer facing reception role, greeting customers in a busy reception environment.
  • Providing a first point of contact service for callers and visitors to offices and accommodation.
  • Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service.
  • Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data management
The Candidate:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Spreadsheets and Databases
  • Experience of office procedures
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people including those who are vulnerable
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of information
SUMMARY:

This is part time role, working a 20 hour week over 5 days.

Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm

This is initially a 6 week position

A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level
