Site Manager - Plymouth
An opportunity has arisen for a construction site manager to join a leading principal contractor on a permanent basis. As the Site Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving main contractor responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. To be considered for this role, it is essential you have previously worked for a principal contractor and have experience as the Site Manager delivering commercial projects from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients and reporting progress
• Supervising contracted construction workers
• Meeting subcontractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce throughout the project
• Using specialist construction management computer applications
• Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card
• Healthcare desirable
• Design + Build Experience
• NEC/JCT
• Good IT skills
• Relevant driving licence
