Have you got experience with IES Modelling and looking to take the next step into a multi-disciplinary consultancy?
We have a new opportunity with a well-regarded consultancy spread across the Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainability and Low Carbon Design arenas. They are currently in the process of evolving into a primarily low energy design consultancy. Part of this change, they are looking for someone with IES Modelling experience to support with current and future projects. The work ranges across several sectors such as, high end residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare and education.
What will you be doing?
- Working with the team and engineers to gain a comprehensive brief to undertake modelling work.
- Working with the team to provide design solutions to suit the client and project team's requirements.
- Undertaking geometry and system inputs for a range of developments to generate IES models
- Following the clear procedures and guidelines in order to generate the models and supporting documentation.
- Undertaking work on IES, Microsoft Office and other approved software
Who are we looking for?- Experience with IES Modelling in the construction industry
- An understanding/ keen interest in key discipline e.g. Sustainability.
- Ability to work under own initiative with good organisational and planning skills.
- Professional, personable and competent manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to learn in a team-based environment.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with good interpersonal skills.
