JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Accountant
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY From: £44,149 To: £49,054 per annum

The Role:
- Lead role in the day to day running of the Finance team
- Provide a management accounting service to various departments
- Managing monthly KPIs, performance reporting to the new homes team and quarterly performance reporting
- Prepare statutory accounts
- Key role in the production of the annual business plan process
- Great opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to progress into a Development Finance team
The Candidate should have:- Experience using complex accounting systems
- The ability to prepare statutory accounts
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications in a business environment, particularly Excel
- Capable of working under pressure, prioritising effectively, delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
- Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, Educated to degree level
- A very positive attitude and approach
SUMMARY: This is Fixed term role- 9 month role
