A thriving local business with a varied main contracting portfolio, is in need of additional resource for a contract role commencing shortly in Newton Abbot.
The project, a long term regeneration scheme, is due to commence Mid November and will be a part demo/rebuild and part refurbishment scheme.
During the initial enabling stage, they are seeking an Assistant Site Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee a small number of sub-contractors on site. As the build starts in earnest, you'd be supporting a Senior Site Manager, overseeing the contractors on site, ensuring H & S standards are upheld and also pushing the programme.
SMSTS/First aid at work and CSCS card in addition to previous supervisory experience will be essential for the role which presents an ideal opportunity for further learning & development as well as being a long term contract giving consistency.
