Mechanical Site Supervisor

£40,000 - £50,000 (inclusive of overtime)

Are you an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with an established M&E Contractor? This could be that opportunity 


We are excited to be partnering with a well regarded M&E Contractor, based out of South Wales, looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to take on the day to day operations of local and national projects



The ideal candidate will have a great track record of managing commercial and residential sites and can take on the following responsibilities:

• Managing client operatives / subcontractors
• Ensuring the installation of various packages is compliant
• Oversee all health, safety and environmental compliance
• Carry out toolbox talks
• Ensuring installation is carried out to the highest possible quality
• Attend client meetings and report site progress
• Assist in the commissioning and handover process

 
What’s on offer:

• £20.54 per hour
• 1.5x overtime pay, increased rate for working away
• 4% pension contribution
• Company Van, mobile and tablet provided
• Progression within the company

 
What’s required

• 5 years experience on large scale commercial projects
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation, Building Services Installer/Craftsperson or Plumbing Systems, or similar
• Good overall knowledge and understanding of Mechanical systems and how to install them
• Experience managing a team of contractors
• IT Literacy and attention to detail
• Full UK Drivers License
