MEP Design Manager

We are looking for an MEP Design Manager (equivalent to an Associate/Associate Director) to work on a large, innovative and progression project out of the Bristol office.
You would need extensive relative experience within building services for a stage 4 design.
Duties include:
- Managing a strong team of mechanical, electrical and public health professionals
- Managing a team of Revit technicians working to stage 4a-c
- Dealing with clients and other professionals, nurturing the relationships to create future bonds
- Co-ordinate all disciplines, acting as the main client point of contact
- Producing order of fees
Your responsibility would be to define and agree the brief with the client – then manage the project to completion, whilst managing and prioritising the workload of the project team.
This person needs have experience in the production and delivery of stage 4 detailed design, within the MEP sector. This person could have a Mechanical or Electrical discipline background.
You would need to be comfortable in a lead role within an integrated project team with other professionals, have experience with Revit and be able to interpret BIM requirements to ensure full compliance.
Package:
- Salary £60,000 - £75,000 (negotiable)
