Role Overview:
A leading fit-out contractor, known for delivering high-quality projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple projects within the South West region, delivering a range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Procurement & Resources: Managing procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• H&S & Site Documentation: Maintaining site documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Quality Control: Overseeing quality on-site and managing site teams.
• Client Liaison: Communicating effectively with clients and ensuring satisfaction.
• Commercial Management: Ensuring sound commercial management of each project, balancing costs and timelines.

• Proven track record in Project or Site Management (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
• Experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects (preferred).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• SMSTS, CSCS. First Aid at Work
• Relevant driving licence.
