We are currently an established development businesses who have an extensive track record of creating communities across the UK.
At present, they are in need of supplementary Site management support on an ongoing new build scheme in Ilfracombe. This package of works if for a community based leisure facility rather than housing so applications are welcomes from amore general contracting background.
Providing full support to the Senior Manager, you'll be involved in co-ordinating sub-contract trades, pushing for high quality standards and maintaining the expected compliance for Health & Safety.
In addition to already having experience at Site or Assistant Site management level, you'll also need good communication skills, great H & S knowledge plus the usual site tickets (SMSTS, First aid at work & CSCS card).
