We are currently working with a forward-thinking consultancy who are looking to bring an experienced BIM Technician into their Cardiff team. What the role involves:
Coordinating and producing detailed BIM models across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
Working in a fully 3D environment using Revit, Navisworks, and MagiCAD
Assisting in the automation of modelling and streamlining project delivery processes
Collaborating closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient delivery of design information
Supporting junior staff with BIM tools and helping embed best practice across the business
Getting involved in internal BIM strategy and helping to shape how the team operates

What we're looking for:
5+ years’ experience in BIM modelling and coordination within Building Services
Strong Revit and AutoCAD knowledge, ideally with exposure to MagiCAD and Navisworks
Comfortable working on projects across all RIBA stages
Experience in automating workflows and improving modelling processes is a real plus
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem solving and learning
A genuine interest in sustainability and forward-thinking design
