Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join a highly respected property and construction consultancy with an established client base and a strong pipeline of work?

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Southwest team delivering a diverse range of professional and project-led surveying services across commercial, residential and rural property portfolios. You'll enjoy a varied workload, autonomy in your role and the support of experienced professionals within a collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll be involved in:
  • Contract administration and project delivery on refurbishment and improvement schemes.
  • Building surveys, defect diagnosis and technical reporting.
  • Schedules of condition and dilapidations-related instructions.
  • Planned preventative maintenance programmes and lifecycle advice.
  • Reinstatement cost assessments and professional surveying services.
  • Building and developing relationships with a loyal and diverse client base.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
About You
  • MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
  • Experience delivering both professional and project work.
  • Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills.
  • Confident client-facing approach with commercial awareness.
  • Motivated to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth.
