We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile healthcare fit-out project. This is a unique opportunity to take full responsibility for a technically complex, high-quality internal fit-out, driving safety, programme, and budget compliance from day one.

You will:

• Manage and coordinate internal trade contractors, ensuring work meets programme, quality, and safety standards
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships across teams and trades
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues, risks, and constraints
• Champion health & safety, sustainability, and best practice on site
• Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with contractual and technical requirements

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering internal fit-out works for a main contractor
• Strong technical knowledge with a hands-on approach
• Relevant construction degree or equivalent
• SMSTS and Safety Level 1 certification; valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work
• Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
