We have a fantastic new role in the East Devon area for a Graduate Structural Engineer with specific experience working with Building Structures. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and following a particularly successful period, is entering a new stage of expansion. The business is located close to local transport links and is easily accessible from Exeter and Mid Devon.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed structural design and analysis independently
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers
  • Responsible for calculations and computer models for complex structures, buildings, or industrial projects
  • Small project running
  • Knowledge/Experience/Skills
  • Experience of preparing and checking project design and assessment calculations, drawings, reports and contract documents;
  • Able to successfully communicate with suppliers, clients, contractors, the public and other engineers within the company
 

Along with a relaxed working environment, you can expect to be working on challenging local projects varying in complexity.

A Structural Engineer in this business will ideally have demonstrable experience with building structures, and enjoy a client facing role.
