- You will provide strategic and operational leadership across planned and cyclical works, including:
• Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and external programmes
• Multi-disciplinary teams and external delivery partners
• Large-scale budget management and financial oversight
• Contract performance and supplier management
• Compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Long-term asset planning and investment strategy
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in:
- Planned works, capital delivery, or asset management
- Managing multi-million-pound budgets
- Leading operational teams and external contractors
- Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Senior stakeholder engagement across housing or construction environments
- Qualified to CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
