📍 Covering: Horndean, Bordon, Liss, Alton, Crawley & surrounding areas
💰 Salary: £27,976 per annum + Company Van
🕒 Hours: 40 per week
📄 Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Do you take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a Communal Cleaner to join a busy frontline team delivering a first-class service to residents across a variety of communities.

What you'll be doing:
✔️ Cleaning communal areas to a high standard
✔️ Travelling between sites on a planned rota
✔️ Using technology to record completed work, including photos and forms
✔️ Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents
✔️ Taking ownership of your designated properties and maintaining excellent standards

What we're looking for:
✅ A positive, self-motivated attitude
✅ A passion for cleaning and attention to detail
✅ Reliable and able to work independently
✅ Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
