💷 Salary: Up to £17,485 per annum (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities✔️ Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
✔️ Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
✔️ Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
✔️ Use simple technology to record completed work.
✔️ Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For✔️ Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
✔️ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
