An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Bristol and Conrwall. 

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects. 

Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. The practice has a strong reputation for investing in its people, supporting career development and creating a collaborative working environment.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare accurate technical and construction information
  • Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
  • Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
  • Experience working within a UK architectural practice
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
