The Role:
- Working across projects from concept through to technical delivery and construction
- Developing design proposals and planning information
- Producing coordinated architectural and technical information in Revit
- Preparing and coordinating Building Regulations submissions
- Working closely with clients, consultants and internal disciplines
- Coordinating structural, MEP and other specialist design information
- Attending client, design team and site meetings
- Supporting projects through construction and responding to technical queries
- Taking increasing ownership of projects as your experience develops
- ARB registered Architect with ideally 2+ years PQE
- Strong all-round experience across different RIBA stages
- Good Revit experience preferred
- Confident design and technical ability
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary information
- Residential or community-sector experience would be advantageous

Strong reputation for developing people internally and offers clear opportunities to progress as your experience grows.
