Principal Transport Planner

£47,000 - £55,000

 

Contemporary Design and Planning consultancy are looking to add a Principal Transport Planner to their team in Birmingham – working within a growing team, you’ll collaborate with some of the industry’s best.

 

With no glass ceilings, there is a clear pathway for your progression, and you’ll have the opportunity to rise through the ranks. As a Principal Transport Planner your duties will include detailed design, managing project delivery and liaising with clients.

 

The role:

You will be:

• Leading and managing the team on complex Transport Planning Projects
• Taking lead on the development and delivery of the Projects
• Working on the promotion of development sites from Site Identification/acquisition, plus planning applications, submission, and discharge of planning conditions
• Working alongside the Transport Directors to deliver top of the range Consultancy Advice, liaising and getting a firm understanding of Clients Requirements and to effectively manage resources.
• Helping support and mentor more junior staff as well as continuing your Project Management and commercial skills.

 

You’ll be working on a range of projects across a number of sectors including residential, mixed use, commercial and more.
