Tenant Liaison Officer

Working for a leading Construction Firm in the South West who specialises within property services to affordable housing, they are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join the team based out of their busy bridgwater office. As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will be accountable for all aspects of communication with residents before and during improvement works.
Key responsibilities:
- Making initial contact with residents and being an advocate for them.
- Visiting residents in Taunton area
- Communicating with the resident and prior to, during and following the completion of the works programme to their home, through telephone calls, personal visits and written correspondence.
- Communicating with the client to keep them appraised of tenant related issues.
- Responding to feedback and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and systems.
- Promoting high performance, health & safety and quality standards
- Can work on your own initiative, but also be a part of a team
The idea candidate will have worked within a similar role, or within customer services/Administration environment, driving licence is required. This is a temporary position which will be permanent for the right person, Benefits are offered and car mileage.
