Customer Service Advisor

A Housing Developer is looking to appoint an organised and motivated individual to work in the Customer Service Department in their Exeter office.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be a main point of contact for customers, ensuring the defect work is completed in a timely manner, ensuring that any outstanding issues are reported and addressed.
You will take incoming calls from customers, who might want to log a new defect or chase up an outstanding defect and be looking for an update. You will log the defect via the CRM systems and ensure you action - this involves contacting subcontractors and internal tradesmen to book them out to the job, ensuring the customer is in and happy with the date
Suitable candidates will need to have relevant experience in a customer service/care role for either a housing developer, contractor or housing association. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, along with Microsoft office experience, you must be a confident user of Outlook and Excel. Self motivation is needed for this role, due to the pressure of working in a fast moving and busy department with time constraints and deadlines to meet.
