Senior or Quantity Surveyor – Devon

A well respected and award winning Developer, with several sites throughout out the South West region, are seeking an experienced Senior QS.

Joining a small and friendly team or 4 commercial staff you will be office based and travel to site around once a week. Sites range from Somerset - Cornwall. It is likely you will manage 2/3 sites.

Applicants should possess the below experience:

• A housing development background is essential 
• Accustomed to running your own schemes
• Ideally qualified to degree or HNC level in Construction or Quantity Surveying or working towards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fully IT literate
• A team player
