Small Works Coordinator

£14ph - £20ph DOE
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Small Works Coordinator on a Temporary basis. Types of works include refurbishments of commercial units, Education and Healthcare schemes across the region valuing up to £100k.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Project Management team
• Attending site visits as and when required to price up work
• Calculating labour and materials
• Managing the resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget
• General Administration of works
Requirements:
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Commercial awareness
• Trade background
• UK Driving Licence
