Administrator / PPM Co-Ordinator
Temp contract September 2021
Working for a leading FM provider in Brimingam City Centre within the Maintenance team and reporting into the Office Manager.
Your role will involve the distribution of contractor PPMs, arrange contractor attendance and completion. As well as weekly PPM Overdue & Outstanding report to monitor the outstanding PPMs and escalate to the relevant lead.
The role will involve system administration , manage day to day operations of systems, updating system docments, training of systems, daily system checks, maintain master tables, generate PPM schedules and reports.
The idea candidate will have:
Experience of Maximo 7.6 essential
Good presentation and speaking skills
Ability to use Project Management tools, such as Microsoft Project / SmartSheet
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Proactive and positive approach to the role
Ability to plan and prioritise work
