Working within the vibrant city of Bristol working on a brand new project in the heart of the town. The role is required to work apart of a busy team, managing the day to day administration on a large site.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and contractors on site
- Organising meetings and refreshments
- General Reception Duties
- Organising filing systems, scanning documents and arranging post
- Administration tasks and supporting the Senior management team
- Document Control duties and handling site drawings
The right candidate :
- Can multi-task and work within a busy environment
- Excellent communicator
- Organised and good IT Skills
- Full-time or part-time hours available
- Temporary position, offering weekly pay ( long term work offered for the right candidate and career progressions)
