A leading facilities/Maintenance company based in the South West have a new opportunity for a Regional Manager. The role will cover several sites across Cornwall and Devon, mainly covering MOD and commercial sectors.
Main Responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:
Organising site operations, maintenance, budgets, company procedures/Health and Safety and overall running of the facilities
Liaising/supporting the operations Manager to ensure service delivery, performance management and business development plans are met
Cost management and planning of future spend
Following up new business leads
Travel to different locations weekly
The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience within a facilities management, managing multiple sites
MOD experience is required and Level 5 NVQ or equivalent
Good track record of effectively managing a team
Motivator, able to lead and make decisions
Confident using MS office, SharePoint and ERP systems
Experience of analysing data
Keen and focused to deliver the best service and increase productivity and confident developing the business
